This policy explains how Wish Xperts, Flat 2, 120 Halifax Old Road, Huddersfield HD2 2RW ("we", "us"), handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us. We follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Details you give us in the contact and quote forms or by email: your name, email address, phone number, business type and your message.
  • Basic technical information your browser sends when it loads the site, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider may log for security and reliability.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
  • To deliver the service you ask for, and to keep records required by law (legal basis: contract and legal obligation).
  • To keep this website secure (legal basis: legitimate interest).

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision making.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as email and hosting providers, and only as needed. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and fonts

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts are hosted on our own server, so no visitor data is sent to font providers. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and for up to six years after a project for accounting and legal reasons. If you do not become a customer, we delete your enquiry details within twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to our use of it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email hello@wishxperts.com and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
